Meet Mama Reina!
This beautiful mama is three years old and about 50 pounds, she was rescued from the streets of Pescadero, BCS, Mexico. One of our volunteers found her and her puppies, (the fruit puppies on our website), starving and full of fleas and ticks and brought them all into her home.
Reina loves attention from hoomans, she can be shy when she is first getting to know new people. However after a few hours she loves to follow you around and hangout by your side. Reina enjoys hanging out with other dogs and she is cat friendly. Reina has had a little experience around children and was really good about respecting their boundaries, but due to her size we recommend hoomans 6 or older for her forever home. She cannot wait to go on walks and hikes with her new family as she loves to be apart of the fun. Reina is very easy going, and is a great home-body pupper for those stay and home and Netflix days too. Currently this mama is enjoying lounging in the sun at our fosters house in Todos Santos but is ready to come to the States as soon as she has a foster or adopter!
Mama Reina's adoption fee for Oregon, Washington, or California is $450USD.
This helps us cover most of her vet and care costs incurred in Mexico, and the transport fee to bring our pups over 1,500 miles to the PNW. All our dogs come spay or neutered, with all theirs shots for the year, and have had multiple blood tests done prior to entering the USA from Mexico.
